This is a fun, pastiche - style read! It will appeal to lovers of good scratch cooking, gardening, music and culture! The graphics are so whimsical, you will feel good just reading it. Then watch out when you try the great recipes contained within. Some are based on well loved classics, but many are unique and original. There are some terrific meat dishes in here, but this is definitely a vegetable forward book.
