At Tourne-Sol we want you to be fully satisfied with the quality of both our seed and our service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will promptly offer to replace your purchase or credit your account.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Ferme Cooperative Tourne-Sol shall not be liable for more than the purchase price of the seed. Ferme Coopérative Tourne-Sol does not cover return shipping costs. All special orders are non-refundable.

* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Books that show obvious signs of use
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You are responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
